Annual
Performance Report
As outlined in the Interim Forest Management Planning Manual Guidelines to Plan Development (1998) document, the companies are required to develop and present an Annual Performance Report for the FMA portion of the DFA. In addition to reporting on cumulative performance, the purpose of this report is to record results from the previous year regarding the objectives, strategies, and targets as outlined in the DFMP document.
Although a formal submission to Alberta is not required, the Annual Performance Report is to be reviewed through the companies approved Public Involvement Plan (PIP).
To improve and increase the effectiveness of annual reporting, the companies have completed a single Annual Performance Report which meets the requirements of Alberta and the CSA standard for forest certification.
