Public Participation - Meetings/Open Houses

As part of our ongoing commitment to soliciting input from the public in the development of our forest management plans, Tolko Industries Ltd. (High Level Lumber Division - HLLD) and Footner Forest Products Ltd. (FFP) will be hosting a number of Open Houses throughout the region between May 10 and June 28, 2007.

These Open Houses will provide the opportunity for members of the public to view our 5-Year General Development Plan (GDP) for our Forest Management Area (FMA) as well as our proposed Final Harvest Plans (FHP's) for the 2006-2007 harvest season.

The Companies' will also display some of the long-term forecasts and strategies that have been incorporated into our Detailed Forest Management Plan (DFMP) and Sustainable Forest Management Plan (SFMP) to address wildlife, forest health, watershed management, and community interests.
